Blyde River Lodge and Shidulu Hideaway are available on a self catering
basis only. There are no restaurant or shop facilities available
on the reserve.
Both
units are serviced daily and all linen and towels are provided.
Blyde
River Lodge
Superbly
situated at the confluence of the Olifants and Blyde Rivers, this private
venue can accommodate up to six guests. Facilities include three
air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms, a spacious lounge, a kitchen and a
veranda. Our guests can have sweeping views of the river from the
swimming pool or the gazebo situated on the banks of the river and enjoy
nature while listening to the call of Hippo and the African Fish Eagle.
Guests
have the use of a picnic site situated on the banks of the Olifants River
a short drive from the house. This site is ideal for a breakfast,
picnic or a relaxing sundowner.

best kept secret….
Hidden
away on our reserve this intimate stone cottage can accommodate a maximum
of six guests with unbelievable views of the Drakensberg Mountains, overlooking
a watering hole and breathtaking scenery.
Enjoy
solitude whilst listening to the sounds and silence of the bush.
Facilities include two double and two twin beds.
